Business Testimonials

We had the pleasure of working with Shirley to re-define our patient care reporting system.  Shirley’s professionalism was outstanding in working with our team to learn our current processes and then translating her recommendations into a valuable work product.  She also provided onsite training for our entire team on how to utilize our new patient care reporting system.  I highly recommend Shirley and would definitely request her services again.

I worked with Shirley Falls for several years in my role as Board Chairman of a very large physician organization. Shirley capably led teams in many aspects of physician practice management; ranging from compensation, policies, operations, revenue cycle, support of board committees, compliance, and innovation projects. She is a skilled administrator and problem solver with extensive knowledge of physician practices. I can highly endorse Shirley as a valuable resource for many aspects of business management and development that are encompassed in today’s physician practice management.

Shirley tirelessly worked with our clinic to streamline work flow throughout the patient encounter process. She led us in making key decisions for improving patient service and increasing productivity by asking relevant questions and making recommendations. One major area of improvement included a new filing system for our medical records, complete with a retention and destruction policy for those records. Shirley created a digital filing system for the clinic’s administrative records, developed a procedure manual for the front office staff, and wrote a user manual for our billing system. Additionally, she guided the physicians and staff from beginning to end in our efforts to organize the front office, pharmacy, laboratory, procedure area, exam rooms, and storage area. Her questions helped stakeholders make decisions regarding the frequency of use, usability, and purging of items. Shirley was able to contain and consolidate the remaining items, making efficient use of our limited space.
